Terms of Service - MU REALM

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or playing on MU REALM you accept these terms and the Rules. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and of the European Union.

2. Description of the service

MU REALM is a free fan-made game server for MU Online, run by MU Realm. It has no affiliation with Webzen Inc. The service is offered as it is: we work to keep it running, but we do not promise that it is always available, free of errors, or that game data is never lost. The game, its rules, rates and content may change at any time.

3. Registration

You give a real e-mail address when you register and keep it working: it is the only way to prove the account is yours. One person may hold more than one account, but every account is the responsibility of the person who registered it.

4. Account and password

You are responsible for keeping your password secret. The staff will never ask for it. Selling, buying or trading accounts for real money or for anything outside the game is not allowed; characters may be traded only on the website's character market. An account that is shared, sold or used to break the rules can be blocked.

5. Conduct

You agree to follow the Rules. Cheating programs, abuse of errors, insults, threats, fraud and anything else the Rules forbid can lead to the punishments listed there, up to a permanent block of the account, without any refund.

6. Donations and refunds

Donations are voluntary and support the running of the server; in return the account receives Bonuses, a website currency with no value outside MU REALM. Bonuses that are still unspent can be refunded on request within 14 days of the donation. Bonuses that were already spent, traded or transferred cannot be refunded, except after a technical error on our side. A chargeback or a disputed payment blocks the account until it is settled.

7. Game items and currencies

Characters, items, zen, bonuses and Cash Points are part of the game and are not property. They have no money value and cannot be exchanged for money. We may correct balances or items that came from an error or from breaking the rules.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current text is always on this page; playing after a change means you accept it.
