For all questions about the game, look first in the Guides: quests, events, VIP Arenas, boxes, wings and the rest are explained there, and the Rules say what is allowed.

If you could not find an answer, write to our support team in the #support channel of our Discord (join the Discord). Tell us your character name and what happened; a screenshot helps.

Where to write

In #support: account, login, website and payment questions, and problems in the game.
In #bug-reports: something in the game or on the site does not work as it should.
In #suggestions: ideas for the server.
To report a player who breaks the rules, write in #support with the character name, the time and a screenshot or video.

The staff will never ask you for your password, in the game, on Discord or anywhere else.

Please send your request through only one channel: the same question in several places only makes the answer slower.
