Recover password
If you forget your password, our support team can set a new one for you. Write in the #support channel of our Discord (join the Discord) with:
- your account login;
- the e-mail you registered the account with;
- the name of one of your characters.
To prove the account is yours, you may be asked to answer from that e-mail. You will not be able to recover your password if you lose your registered e-mail.
Once you are back in, change the password on the Services page.
