Sign in to see your Zen.
Your Zen is the zen your account keeps on the website, apart from the zen your characters carry. The Craft System and resets pay from it, and zen from items you sell on the Market comes here. Move character zen into your Zen, or send it back to a character. The character has to be out of the game.

Game vault. This is the warehouse your characters share in the game. Hover an item to see everything it carries.
Click items in the vault to pick them, then move them to your Virtual vault. Log out of the game first.

Virtual vault allows you to store your items on the website and use them in the Craft System. To start using it, move your items there from the game vault above. Items you craft or buy on the website go here first. It holds 50 items, 200 with a VIP account. Moving items in either direction needs the account out of the game.
